A Collaboration with DIFFERENTE COFFEE
Carlos Escobar, World Brewers Cup 3rd place 2025, comes from a producer family. Carlos didn't set out to build a brand. He set out to start a conversation. This profile was created with Differente Coffee, a specialty roaster based in Colombia known for honest interpretation of the coffee expression.
How to Use
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate directly into your brew water, or add 1 to 10 drops directly into a 200mL cup of coffee, adjusting to taste. For the most control over remineralization, use demineralized water as your base.
