Terms and Conditions for Slow Pour Retail Portal

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need help resolving any issues with your order. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Slow Pour Supply / Slow Pour Commerce ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order with us.

2. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay (the Shopify payment platform), and Apple Pay.
  • Not accepted: mobile payment apps, including Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

3. Pricing & Order Acceptance

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed.
  • An order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or that violate these Terms.
  • If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled item(s).

4. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, at the customer's cost. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
  • Due to our high inventory turnover, a return whose inbound shipment is processed (by RMA or tracking-link timestamp) after the 14-day window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, to offset the additional labor required for inventory recount and system adjustments.
  • Final sale items (not returnable): filters, water minerals, coffee beans, and drinkware are final sale and cannot be returned, as a safety and hygiene precaution.

Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Any missing packaging or signs of wear and tear will void the credit policy; such items will not be credited, even if returned.
  • All return items must be packaged properly to avoid breakage in transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of any breakage resulting from insufficient packaging.

Return Shipping & RMA Labels

  • Customers must use the provided RMA return label for all returns; items returned without an assigned RMA label will not be accepted.
  • RMA labels must be requested within 14 days of delivery and used within 7 days of being issued.
  • The RMA label is provided for your convenience; however, customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.

Final Decision

  • Slow Pour Supply / Slow Pour Commerce reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the refund process for all returned products.

5. International Orders

  • All international sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted for any orders shipped via international shipping services.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred on international orders.

6. Product Colors

  • Product colors may appear slightly different from the photos shown on our website, due to variation in device and monitor display settings.
  • Products with a shimmering coating may appear different under varying lighting conditions, including fluorescent lighting versus warmer bulb tones.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slow Pour Supply / Slow Pour Commerce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slow Pour Supply / Slow Pour Commerce and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photographs, graphics, logos, and the Slow Pour Supply name and branding — is the property of Slow Pour Supply / Slow Pour Commerce or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without our prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and your purchases are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By placing an order, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier delays or disruptions, labor disputes, supply shortages, acts of government, or other events of force majeure.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between you and us.
