SHIPPING SCHEDULE

M - F - Packing until 1pm CT - retail and wholesale orders

Tues: UPS and Wholesale orders only, packing until 2:30pm CT

Fulfillment could be delayed due to incomplete addresses that need to be individually verified. Please make sure to include all details (Shop name / apt number). Thank you!

LOST PARCELS

Due to the strict quality check and packing process in place, Slow Pour Supply is not responsible for any stolen, lost parcels or damage during shipping process.

Customers are responsible to contact your local carrier for claims against damaged parcels during the shipping.

DESTINATIONS

We ship to countries listed on our checkout form.

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that returns will not be accepted for any International Shipping Services. Customers will be responsible for all incurred customs and duties.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Due to COVID-19, continental shipments might experience shipping delays of up to 1 week. Other shipments including international orders and orders to Puerto Rico are also affected. (Apr 20 -)

All orders are shipped from our Houston location within 2-4 business days after the order is placed unless otherwise noted on the website, using USPS or UPS to continental U.S. locations. We pack 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, but carriers only pick up from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on the following Monday.
Please expect delivery at least between 5-7 days for parcels shipped with USPS priority mail (1-3 days).



OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, then that will be indicated on the product page.

BACKORDER

If you are interested in placing a backorder for an out-of-stock item, please email us so we can walk you through the process. There will be no surcharge for this service.

URGENT ORDERS

If you need an item urgently, email us at support@slowpoursupply.co with the subject heading “Urgent Order” and we will assist you with expediting the shipment if possible. There will be a surcharge for this service and the shipping cost. Otherwise, except for orders shipped with UPS 2nd Day or a faster option, we cannot fully guarantee an exact day for delivery, and you will have to depend on the carrier to provide details.
