Since 2018, we’ve brought high-performance specialty coffee gear to the domestic US market. Our goal is simple: make tools that help people brew better coffee - consistently, intentionally, and with joy.

Our ROOT
An immigrant from Hong Kong, Anita Tam is a prominent figure in the U.S. coffee competitions community, having served as U.S. National Competitions Coordinator, U.S. Latte Art Championship Chair, and Lead Technical Judge for the U.S. Barista Championship, among other roles.
In 2018, inspired by a passion for specialty coffee and a vision for equity in the industry, Anita founded Slow Pour Supply®. With a family background in logistics and ceramic production, she created a company committed to quality, craftsmanship, and innovation, making champion-level brewing tools and latte art gear accessible to home brewers, baristas, and competitors across the U.S.
Anita views specialty coffee as an art form and is dedicated to enhancing the coffee experience for professionals and enthusiasts alike, while highlighting the world’s leading innovators in coffee equipment and accessories.
GIVING BACK
We believe in the power of giving back. That’s why a portion of the sales from our coffee making supplies goes toward elevating underrepresented communities, sponsoring equitable competitions and events, supporting F&B workers, and furthering education initiatives.
