The KIMERA is a new tri-spout, handleless latte art milk pitcher tool ideated and designed by SLOW POUR SUPPLY's founder Anita Tam. The first release of this product is a set that includes the 500mL Black KIMERA pitcher and two custom designed Futuristic Wave Sleeves: Mystic Black and exclusive Bubble Gum Pink color way.

Powered by WPM spouts, the three spout shapes include the #06 round, #07 narrow, and brand new #08 high precision tapered design (created for intricate combination pours in the drag and draw style).

Balanced Weight Distribution: With three spouts evenly spaced around the circumference of the pitcher, the weight distribution remains balanced, reducing strain on the wrist and hand during pouring. This balance ensures that the pitcher feels stable and comfortable to hold, even when it's full of liquid. 

Enhanced Control: The triangular arrangement of the spouts allows baristas to grip the pitcher firmly with their fingers positioned between the spouts. This grip provides better control over the pitcher's movement, facilitating precise pouring and intricate designs in latte art. 

Improved Ergonomics: The 120-degree spacing between the spouts accommodates the natural gripping angle of the hand, minimizing discomfort and fatigue during prolonged use. This ergonomic design promotes a more relaxed and efficient pouring experience, ultimately enhancing the barista's workflow.

In addition to the aforementioned benefits, the KIMERA pitcher is designed with careful consideration for the diameter of the rim. This ergonomic feature is crucial for reducing strain on the abductor muscles of the hand and wrist. By fitting ergonomically in the hand, the pitcher further enhances comfort during prolonged use, allowing baristas to maintain a natural and relaxed grip without excessive strain.

An unprecedented 80º interior angle

The team at UFO Dripper aimed at creating the cup profiles they love from conicals brewers. They have found that the 80º interior angle of this brewer design slows down the brew to maintain a respectable contact time even with the air channels, and means that it's less sensitive to smaller doses. This is because the shallower the brewer walls, the less the bed depth changes with varying doses. The angle also contributes to greater accumulation of fines above the bed, further increasing clarity.  

UFO is designed to be the most forgiving conical brewer, using an unprecedented 80º interior angle, creating consistency the UFO team is looking for. 

Air Channel Technology

UFO incorporates air channels instead of protruding ribs, which combined with the Disputer tool allows for the perfect filter set and consistent bypass. The air channels also contribute to equalizing the air pressure above and below the carafe, mitigating any risk of stalling.  

Thermal Stability

The UFO team conducted extensive thermal testing, leading them to the current single-walled, solid Tritan design for the injection-molded V2. The Tritan material maintains superior thermal stability in the slurry, while also being extremely resistant to warping at boiling temperatures.

The 2.0 edition of the April Plastic Brewer. Made of improved plastic Makrolon®, the April plastic brewers keeps the brewing temperature more stable, enabling more consistency in the brewing process.

Features:

The bottom of the April Brewer features three "Filter Holder" wedges that hold your paper filter in place. This elevates the filter and enables a fast drawdown. The result is a perfectly balanced, transparent, and reliable taste experience.

The circular lines along the wall of the brewer allow more air pockets to be formed; enabling more air circulation. This helps brew consistency and enabling a cleaner, more transparent tasting cup.

FDA-approved Polycarbonate, Makrolon® has high thermo stability, enable you to maintain a consistent brewing temperature.

UFO Variable Wall Thickness Technology, and the reason behind the decision to not include base (holder).

Ceramic UFO is an attempt at stabilizing coffee slurry temperature throughout brewing. Via reducing unnecessary thermal mass from the upper levels of the dripper construction and positioning the dripper as close as possible to the heat retained within the carafe by removing the base, the ceramic UFO is able to create a brewing process that draws from a more stable incubated heat from below the brewer throughout the brewing process. 

Ceramic UFO’s uppermost wall thickness is 23.7% thinner than the lowermost wall thickness, removing unnecessary thermal mass.

Ceramic UFO is designed to sit directly on the server, which allows the hot heat from the output coffee inside the server to circulate upwards, constantly providing an additional source of heat towards the thickest part of the dripper for better thermal stability.

This would be an issue in traditional protruding-rib designs where airflow is heavily dependent on the separation of the dripper base and server via base risers, but with UFO’s air channels that provide constant and consistent air flow from behind the filter, fear of clogging (stalling) via air-lock is fully out of question.

The Air S is made with a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer that is resistant to boiling water, and therefore dishwasher friendly. The series comes in a variety of translucent and lively colors with a frosted finish. Excellent thermo dynamics perfect for floral and fruit forward coffees using lower range brew temperature

Graycano is not your regular metal dripper. Coated in high technology coating, the graycano dripper offers excellent heat conductivity and retention.  Featuring interior protrusions called Lava Ribs, the graycano dripper promotes even extraction through maintaining water flow and temperature consistency, allowing you to accentuate the floral notes and fruit forward notes yet maintaining a balance cup quality using lower range water temperatures. 

Lava Ribs

One of the main features of the graycano is the Lava Ribs.This intentional design of the Graycano brewer mimics the lava ribs of volcanoes, manipulating variables that are specific in creating a perfect brewing environment.  These lava ribs work to promote even flow as water travels downwards, while ensuring the proper channeling of air through the pockets it created. The design and process creates turbulence and allows for even water distribution throughout the coffee. Especially when used in conjunction with the Sibarist Filters, the graycano dripper is able to create a very high consistency in drainage rate.

Perfect ThermoDynamics for a floral and fruit forward brew

In addition to the Lava Ribs, the graycano features a double-walled design with a conical center and a wrapped exterior. This works to create pockets of air under the cone between the center and exterior, assisting in maintaining a consistent and even temperature throughout the brewing process, and in the recirculation of heat from your fresh brew below. 

As a result of the aluminum metal used, the Graycano dripper is able to quickly reach the target temprature and maintaining it throughout the brewing process.  The graycano is coated with high technology coating - a  food safe and scratch resistant material and promotes a clean taste and does not interfere with the flavor of your coffee. The cast aluminum is an excellent choice for lower temperature brewing, a high heat retention and conductivity promotes a complex brew yet accentuating floral and fruity notes of the coffee.

The Chestnut ESP has a specialized dial plate that more precise, which allows a finer grind adjustment up to 30 clicks per circle. This grinders burr was derived from the highly rated S2C860, featured in the Chestnut X; the S2C660 Burr features the patented philosophy of the S2C Spike to Cut.

POMA values innovation in processing methods, but we also believe in allowing the true essence of coffee to shine through without fermentation. That's why they have developed a unique processing method called the 'Cold Washed Process.' This method respects the tradition of the washed process while embracing innovation.

The Cold Washed Process is designed to preserve and enhance the natural qualities of coffee while minimizing external influence. This method involves chilling coffee cherries for 48 hours at 8°C to intensify aromas without inducing fermentation, followed by low-temperature washing and drying in a pressurized tumble dryer.

The absence of fermentation prevents microbial activity and oxidation that can degrade aroma compounds. While fermentation can add complexity and acidity, the Cold Washed Process emphasizes the coffee’s genetically inherent flavors, leading to a clean, crisp cup with heightened sweetness, characterized by fruity esters and floral terpenes.

Coffee 3 - Colombia - Jardines - Natural Gesha

Jardines del Eden rests in the lush hills of Quindío, Colombia, where cool mountain air and rich Andean soils meet careful, detail-driven farming. The team’s focus on selective picking and precise drying is matched by a drive to push quality forward season after season, all while preserving the clarity and elegance that make their coffees so distinctive.

Our collaboration centers on that same spirit of curiosity and refinement. Together we’re exploring agricultural practices, processing and new varieties to highlight the farm’s unique microclimate, with more projects already in motion for the coming harvests.

In this natural lot of the Gesha variety from Jardines del Eden, expect the variety’s signature florals to bloom over vibrant fruit. Aromas of jasmine and orange blossom lift from the cup, leading to notes of ripe strawberry, peach, and tropical hints of mango and passionfruit. The texture is silky and coating, with a juicy, wine-like acidity and a long, honeyed finish that reflects the care—and the natural process—behind this coffee.

Coffee 4 - Ethiopia - Gesha Village - Natural Gesha

Gesha Village sits on the edge of the Gori Gesha forest in western Ethiopia, where high elevations and biodiverse canopy create an ideal cradle for the variety’s famed aromatics. Meticulous cherry selection and slow, raised-bed drying preserve the clarity and nuance that have made the farm a modern reference point for Ethiopian specialty coffee.

Coffee 6 - Colombia - Washed Gesha

Tucked into Huila’s Andean foothills, Las Brisas benefits from cool nights, steady mountain breezes, and fertile red soils that slow cherry maturation and build layered sweetness. Selective handpicking and careful lot separation underpin the farm’s attention to detail. Our collaboration focus on general refinement in terms of agricultural practices.

In this washed Gesha lot from Las Brisas, expect bright florals of jasmine and orange blossom, followed by white tea, yellow peach, and apricot. Citrus tones bring a bright, tea-like acidity; the mouthfeel is silky and buoyant, finishing long and honeyed with impeccable cleanliness.
