Balanced Weight Distribution: With three spouts evenly spaced around the circumference of the pitcher, the weight distribution remains balanced, reducing strain on the wrist and hand during pouring. This balance ensures that the pitcher feels stable and comfortable to hold, even when it's full of liquid.

Enhanced Control: The triangular arrangement of the spouts allows baristas to grip the pitcher firmly with their fingers wrapped around the spouts. This grip provides better control over the pitcher's movement, facilitating precise pouring and intricate designs in latte art.

Improved Ergonomics: The 120-degree spacing between the spouts accommodates the natural gripping angle of the hand, minimizing discomfort and fatigue during prolonged use. This ergonomic design promotes a more relaxed and efficient pouring experience, ultimately enhancing the barista's workflow.

In addition to the aforementioned benefits, the KIMERA 450mL pitcher is designed with careful consideration for the diameter of the rim in relation to the milk volume. This ergonomic feature is crucial for reducing strain on the abductor muscles of the hand and wrist. By fitting ergonomically in the hand, the pitcher further enhances comfort during prolonged use, allowing baristas to maintain a natural and relaxed grip without excessive strain.

The combination of balanced weight distribution, enhanced control through the triangular arrangement of spouts, improved ergonomics with the 120-degree spacing, and a thoughtfully designed rim diameter collectively contribute to a superior pouring experience. This holistic approach to pitcher design not only benefits baristas by reducing physical strain and fatigue but also enhances their ability to achieve precision and artistry in every pour.

A collaborative release with Tokyo's LIWEI Coffee Stand, this limited edition pitcher is designed for both the working barista and the dedicated coffee enthusiast. Its round spout geometry produces softer, rounder line work and supports a more rapid flow rate, making it well-suited for free-flowing designs that require speed and fluidity in execution.

The slanted top design integrates dual volume indicators at 180 and 240 mL, enabling consistent milk-to-espresso ratio management across drink formats without interrupting workflow. The full handle accommodates a wide range of grip positions, maintaining comfort and stability throughout extended use.

Constructed from 304 18/8 stainless steel, the pitcher is built for long-term durability under daily service conditions.

The WPM 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Narrow Spout in Matte Black is built for small format espresso drinks that call for precise pour placement. Its narrow #07 spout slows the flow rate just enough to give baristas fine control when working in cups under 6oz. The matte black finish and wide-diameter body make it equally suited to daily service and focused practice sessions.

Why you'll love it

- Narrow #07 spout profile reduces flow rate for precise placement in small cups.

- WPM's signature slanted top design directs milk to a single exit point for consistent pours.

- Wide-diameter body holds a full 10oz for proper steaming without volume constraints.

- Full loop handle accommodates multiple grip positions during the pour.

- Matte black powder coated exterior resists visible wear during regular use.

- Uncoated 304 18/8 stainless steel interior keeps the pitcher food safe and easy to clean.

Recommended for

- Macchiatos, cortados, and piccolo lattes served under 6oz.

- Baristas learning controlled pour placement on small format drinks.

- Fine line latte art patterns that depend on a steady, focused stream.

- Cafe service where consistency across small drinks matters.

Design philosophy

WPM designed the Model #27, known as the Small Blankenburg, specifically for milk drinks under 6oz. Rather than scaling down a larger pitcher, WPM paired a 10oz body with its narrow #07 spout so the flow rate matches the smaller pour target. This keeps the milk stream controlled instead of overwhelming a small cup.

The wide-diameter shape preserves enough interior volume for proper steaming even at this smaller capacity. Combined with WPM's slanted top, the result is a pitcher built around the specific demands of small format espresso drinks rather than a general-purpose design shrunk to fit.

Design features

WPM #07 narrow spout

The #07 spout has a narrow, lipped profile that reduces flow rate at the pour point. This gives baristas more time to react and adjust placement, which matters most when working with the limited surface area of a cup under 6oz.

Signature slanted top

WPM's slanted top design angles the pour edge instead of using a flat rim, directing the milk stream to a single exit point. This produces a more consistent stream shape from pour to pour, which supports repeatable pattern work.

Wide-diameter body

The body is wide relative to its 10oz capacity, which gives the pitcher enough interior room to steam properly without being constrained by a taller, narrower shape. This helps maintain steaming consistency even at the smaller volume.

Full loop handle

The full loop handle is sized to accommodate different grip positions, letting baristas adjust their hold as needed without losing control of the pour.

Performance

Pouring characteristics

The narrow #07 spout reduces flow rate compared to a wide or round spout, giving the barista more control over exactly where the milk lands. This makes it easier to build fine lines and maintain clean pattern edges.

Recommended drink sizes

The 10oz (300ml) capacity is sized for drinks under 6oz, including macchiatos, cortados, and piccolo lattes. At this size, the reduced flow rate of the narrow spout suits smaller volumes where placement accuracy matters more than pour speed.

Suitable patterns

The controlled, focused flow works well for ripple hearts, traditional rosettas, wing base tulips, hanging hearts, and swans. The steady stream also makes pour placement approachable for beginners while still supporting the precision needed as skill develops.

Specifications

What's included

- 1 x WPM 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Narrow Spout in Black.

Care & maintenance

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap after each use, paying close attention to the interior where milk residue builds up. Dry the pitcher fully with a towel and store it right side up to prevent water spots. Avoid prolonged exposure to acidic milk residue, since this can wear down the protective layer on stainless steel over time.

Frequently asked questions

What cup sizes is this pitcher designed for?

It is designed for drinks under 6oz, including macchiatos, cortados, and piccolo lattes.

Why does the narrow spout matter at this size?

The narrow #07 spout reduces flow rate, giving more precise control over pour placement in a smaller cup than a wide or round spout would allow.

Is this pitcher suitable for beginners?

Yes. The steady, focused flow makes pour placement easier to learn, and it continues to support precision as pouring skill develops.

What is the exterior finish and does it affect performance?

The exterior is a matte black powder coating. It does not affect pouring performance and is intended to maintain a clean appearance during regular use.

A round-spout latte art pitcher in matte black, sized for small milk based drinks and precise pour placement. The 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Wide Spout in Black pairs WPM's signature slanted top with a compact, wide-diameter body, giving baristas a practical tool for macchiatos, cortados, and piccolos where careful placement matters more than volume.

Built on WPM's proven #26 pitcher body, this matte black edition combines a food-grade stainless steel interior with a durable powder-coated exterior. The result is a pitcher that holds its finish through daily service while keeping pours controlled at small volumes.

Why you'll love it

– Compact 10oz body sized for macchiato, cortado, and piccolo pours.

– WPM #06 round spout delivers a moderate, consistent flow for precise placement.

– Signature slanted top brings the milk stream closer to the crema surface, reducing the tilt needed to start a pour.

– Wide body diameter supports easier steaming and milk texturing despite the pitcher's compact size.

– Full handle accommodates multiple grip styles for comfort and stability.

– Matte black powder coated exterior resists dings and holds its shape under repeated daily use.

Recommended for

– Macchiato, cortado, and piccolo service.

– Precise milk placement in small-format pours.

– Baristas learning pattern control before moving to narrower or wider spout profiles.

Design philosophy

This pitcher reflects WPM's long-standing approach to latte art equipment: pair a reliable, well-tested body with a spout profile matched to a specific pour volume. The WPM #06 spout belongs to WPM's Push and Flow, Service Pour series, developed to keep milk flow moderate and consistent rather than fast, which suits smaller cups where overpouring is easy.

Fitted to the 10oz body, the same #06 spout reads proportionally wider than it does on larger pitchers, while keeping its round profile and predictable flow. The slanted top, a detail original to WPM's pitcher line, angles the stream toward the crema sooner, so the barista does not have to tilt the pitcher as far to begin a pour.

Design features

WPM #06 round spout

The #06 spout is part of WPM's Push and Flow, Service Pour lineup. It produces a moderate, consistent flow rather than a fast or narrow one, which gives baristas more time to place milk accurately in small cups. At this 10oz volume, the spout suits hearts, stacked tulips, and wing base tulips, and its forgiving flow makes it a practical starting point for beginner and beginner-plus baristas building pattern control.

Signature slanted top

The slanted top is original to WPM's pitcher design and directs the milk stream at an angle that reaches the crema surface sooner. This reduces the tilt needed to start the pour, letting the spout sit closer to the surface for finer detail and higher contrast patterns.

Wide body diameter

Relative to its 10oz capacity, the pitcher has a wider body diameter. This gives steaming milk more room to move during texturing, supporting smoother microfoam even in a pitcher sized for small pours.

Full handle

The full loop handle is sized to accommodate a range of grip styles. It keeps the pitcher stable through the full motion of a pour, from initial tilt to the final finishing lines.

Matte black powder coated finish

The exterior is finished with a matte black powder coating over food-grade stainless steel. The coating resists dings and helps the pitcher hold its shape under the repeated handling of daily café use.

304 (18/8) stainless steel construction

The pitcher is built from 304 (18/8) food-grade stainless steel. The interior is left uncoated, keeping it food safe and easy to clean after each use.

Performance

Recommended drink sizes

The 10oz (300ml) capacity is sized for cups under 6oz, including macchiato, cortado, and piccolo. This keeps the milk volume matched to the cup, avoiding excess steamed milk left over after the pour.

Pouring characteristics

The WPM #06 spout produces a moderate, consistent flow that favors control over speed. Combined with the slanted top, this supports precise placement and finer detail work at small pour volumes, including hearts, stacked tulips, and wing base tulips.

Workflow

The spout's moderate, forgiving flow makes it a practical choice for baristas at a beginner-plus skill level who are building pattern control. It also gives more experienced baristas a dependable option for small-format service pours where consistency matters more than flow rate.

Specifications

What's included

– 1 x 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Wide Spout in Matte Black.

Care & maintenance

Hand wash the pitcher with warm water and a mild detergent after each use, focusing on the interior where milk residue collects. Dry it immediately with a soft cloth to keep the matte black finish free of water spots. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or prolonged soaking, since milk's acidity can wear down stainless steel's protective layer over time if residue is left to sit.

The 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Wide Spout in Matte Black brings WPM's proven slanted top design to a compact, cup-matched size. Between the moderate flow of the #06 spout and the wider body diameter, it gives baristas a dependable tool for precise, small-format pours in daily service or while building pattern control.

The WPM Model #27, known as Small Blankenburg, is a 10oz (300ml) milk pitcher built for small format espresso drinks served under 6oz, including cortados, piccolo lattes, Gibraltars, and macchiatos. It uses WPM's #07 spout in a 10oz format, a narrower profile designed to slow the flow rate at the pour point and improve placement accuracy in smaller cups. For baristas working with delicate, low volume drinks, this pitcher trades raw flow for control.

Why You'll Love It

Recommended For

• Cortados.
• Piccolo lattes.

• Any milk beverage served under 6oz.
• Baristas refining precision pours on small format drinks.

About the Collaboration

The Small Blankenburg name comes from a collaboration between Slow Pour Supply and Kay Cheon, the 2025 US Barista Champion. When Kay approached Slow Pour with an idea for a pitcher built around barista competition needs, the team worked with WPM, a leading global pitcher manufacturer, to develop a matte white finish designed to resist the fingerprints and milk stains that can cost points on the competition stage.

The name itself is a tribute rather than a technical label. It honors Mark Blankenburg, the milk delivery driver for Dune Coffee Roasters, recognizing the people behind the scenes who support the coffee industry. The Model #27 carries that name and finish in the 10oz narrow spout format, sized for small format drinks rather than the larger service pours the Blankenburg line also covers.

Design Features

WPM #07 Narrow Spout

The #07 spout is one of several spout profiles WPM produces across its pitcher line. Its narrower diameter reduces the flow rate at the pour point, which gives the barista more time and control when placing milk into a small cup.

WPM Slanted Top Design

The slanted top angles the pour edge rather than keeping it flat, directing milk toward a single exit point. This supports a more consistent stream and makes it easier to control where the pour lands.

Wide Body Profile

The body is wide relative to its 10oz capacity. This allows the pitcher to hold enough milk to steam properly without the narrow, tall shape that can limit steaming volume in smaller pitchers.

Full Loop Handle

The full loop handle is sized to accommodate different grip positions, letting baristas choose the hold that works best for their pouring technique.

Performance

Recommended Drink Sizes

The 10oz (300ml) capacity is built around drinks served under 6oz, including cortados, piccolo lattes, Gibraltars, and macchiatos.

Pouring Characteristics

The narrow #07 spout and slanted top work together to slow the flow rate and concentrate the pour at a single point, giving the barista more control over placement in small cups where precision matters more than volume.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Model #26 carries the Peony finish in a 10oz format, and the same color is also available in a 15oz pitcher fitted with a WPM #06 round spout, giving cafes a matching set across pour volumes.

At 10oz, the Peony pitcher keeps the #06 spout's round profile and moderate, consistent flow, though the opening reads proportionally wider on this smaller body than it does on WPM's larger pitchers. –      304 (18/8) stainless steel construction with an uncoated, food-safe interior on both pitchers.

RECOMMENDED FOR

–      Cortados, small cappuccinos, and gibraltars using the 10oz pitcher.

–      Large to-go cups and higher-volume service pours using the 22oz pitcher.

–      Milk sharing between two pitchers of matching size and finish.

–      Cafes and home baristas who want one finish across both small and large pours.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

WPM builds its pitcher line around matching a proven body and spout profile to a specific pour volume, rather than scaling one design across every size. The Cinder bundle applies that approach across two sizes at once, giving baristas a small pitcher tuned for controlled, low-volume pours and a large pitcher tuned for higher flow, both finished in the same ash gray coating with a red hue.

Pairing the 10oz and 22oz pitchers together also supports a common café workflow: the smaller pitcher for individual small-cup orders and the larger pitcher for shared or to-go volumes, without switching between mismatched finishes during service.

DESIGN FEATURES

10OZ MEDIUM-WIDE SPOUT, MODEL #26

The 10oz pitcher uses a medium-wide spout that balances flow and control at small volumes. It is sized for cups under 6oz, including cortados, small cappuccinos, and gibraltars, where controlled placement matters more than pour speed.

22OZ WIDE SPOUT, MODEL #09

The 22oz pitcher uses a round, wide spout suited to bold, dramatic pours. It is built for larger to-go cups and for milk sharing, where a higher flow rate speeds up service without sacrificing pour control.

SIGNATURE WPM SLANTED TOP

Both pitchers use WPM's signature slanted top, which angles the milk stream toward the crema surface sooner. This reduces the tilt needed to start a pour and applies to both the 10oz and 22oz pitchers in this bundle.

MILK VOLUME INDICATOR

The 22oz pitcher includes a 9.5oz milk volume indicator built into the slanted top, giving baristas a visual reference for steamed milk levels before pouring or sharing between pitchers.

WIDE DIAMETER VESSEL

Both pitchers use a wide body diameter relative to their capacity. This gives steaming milk more room to move during texturing, supporting smoother microfoam in both the small and large pitcher.

FULL HANDLE

Both pitchers include a full loop handle sized to accommodate a range of grip styles, keeping the pour stable from initial tilt through finishing lines.

MATTE CINDER FINISH

The Cinder finish is a matte gray powder coating with a subtle red hue over the exterior of both pitchers. The interior on both sizes is left uncoated, keeping it food safe and easy to clean after each use.

The name Cinder, an ash gray finish with a red hue, is credited to Morgan Eckroth.

PERFORMANCE

RECOMMENDED DRINK SIZES

The 10oz pitcher is sized for cups under 6oz, including cortados, small cappuccinos, and gibraltars. The 22oz pitcher is sized for larger to-go cups and for milk sharing between service pours.

POURING CHARACTERISTICS

The 10oz pitcher's medium-wide spout produces a balanced flow suited to controlled placement at small volumes. The 22oz pitcher's wide spout produces a higher flow rate for bold, dramatic pours at larger volumes.

WORKFLOW

Keeping both sizes in the same Cinder finish lets baristas move between small-cup orders and larger to-go or shared pours without switching pitchers of different colors during service. The 22oz pitcher's milk volume indicator also makes it easier to divide milk between the two pitchers when sharing.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Hand wash both pitchers with warm water and a mild detergent after each use, focusing on the interior where milk residue collects. Hand wash both pitchers with warm water and mild detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and prolonged soaking to protect the interior stainless steel and the Cinder exterior on both pitchers.

The 10oz and 22oz WPM Barista Bundle in Cinder gives baristas a matched pair of pitchers for both delicate small-cup latte art and higher-volume service pours. Between the medium-wide spout on the 10oz pitcher and the wide spout on the 22oz pitcher, the bundle covers a full range of everyday café pours in one consistent finish.

A latte art pitcher in Hope, sized for small milk based drinks and built for steady, consistent pours. The WPM 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Wide Spout in Hope holds 10oz (300ml) of milk and combines WPM's signature slanted top with a wide diameter body and a full handle. The pitcher uses a WPM #06 round spout and is finished in a gloss Hope exterior, a pink powder coating unique to this color series.

The wide diameter body leaves additional room for the milk to move during steaming, while the full handle supports a range of grip styles throughout the pour. WPM's slanted top directs the milk stream at an angle that reaches the crema layer sooner, producing fuller, higher contrast patterns without excessive tilt.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Hope belongs to WPM's color series, which pairs the brand's proven pitcher bodies with distinct exterior finishes rather than changing the underlying engineering. Model #26 carries the Hope finish in a 10oz format, and the same color is also available in a 15oz pitcher fitted with a WPM #06 round spout, giving cafes a matching set across pour volumes.

At 10oz, the Hope pitcher keeps the #06 spout's round profile and moderate, consistent flow, though the opening reads proportionally wider on this smaller body than it does on WPM's larger pitchers. The spout belongs to WPM's Push and Flow series, built for continuous pouring rather than the edge controlled drag techniques used with narrower competition spouts.

DESIGN FEATURES

WPM SIGNATURE SLANTED TOP

WPM's slanted top is original to the brand's pitcher line and angles the milk stream toward the crema surface sooner than a flat top design. This reduces the tilt needed to begin a pour, letting the spout sit closer to the surface for finer detail and higher contrast patterns.

WPM #06 ROUND SPOUT

The #06 spout is part of WPM's Push and Flow series, designed for continuous pouring with a moderate, consistent flow rather than a fast or narrow one. On this 10oz body, the opening reads proportionally wider than it does on larger WPM pitchers, though the flow rate matches other #06 spouts in the line. The round profile suits hearts, stacked tulips, and wing based tulips, and its forgiving flow makes it a practical option for baristas developing pattern control.

WIDE BODY DIAMETER

Relative to its 10oz capacity, the pitcher has a wider body diameter. This gives steaming milk more room to move during texturing, supporting smoother microfoam even at this compact volume.

FULL HANDLE

The full loop handle is sized to accommodate a range of grip styles. It keeps the pitcher stable through the full motion of a pour, from initial tilt to finishing lines.

GLOSS HOPE FINISH

The exterior is finished in Hope, a gloss pink powder coating applied over a food grade stainless steel body. The gloss finish gives the pitcher a distinct, vibrant appearance that sets it apart within WPM's color series.

PERFORMANCE

RECOMMENDED DRINK SIZES

The 10oz (300ml) capacity is sized for cups under 6oz, including macchiato, cortado, and piccolo. At this volume, there is not enough milk for hybrid, multi stage pours.

POURING CHARACTERISTICS

The WPM #06 spout produces a moderate, consistent flow that favors control over speed. Paired with the slanted top, this supports precise placement for hearts, stacked tulips, and wing based tulips.

WORKFLOW

The spout's moderate, forgiving flow suits baristas at a beginner and up skill level, while still rewarding more precise base and layering technique as skill develops. It also gives experienced baristas a dependable option for small format service pours.

A narrow-spout pitcher in a matte white finish, built for measured pours within a 15oz capacity.

WPM 15oz Latte Art Pitcher with Narrow Spout “Blankenburg” is a 15oz milk pitcher built for larger-volume pours. It includes a 6oz milk volume indicator marked on the interior wall, used to measure a pour amount without a separate vessel. It uses WPM’s #07 spout in a 15oz format, the same narrow spout profile used across other volumes in WPM’s line, and one of several spout profiles WPM produces across its pitcher catalog. The narrow #07 spout reduces the flow rate at the pour point and improves placement accuracy for fine-line work.

Blankenburg is built for larger-format pours where a 6oz portion is measured out from a 15oz working volume, a format commonly used for latte art practice and competition-style pours. Which specific drinks map to the 15oz capacity versus the 6oz indicator line has not been confirmed against supplier or brand guidance and should be verified before publishing, consistent with the use-case verification requirement for this product line.

The Pitcher

The WPM 15oz Latte Art Pitcher with Narrow Spout “Blankenburg” uses WPM’s #07 spout in a 15oz format, the same narrow spout profile used on other 15oz latte art pitchers in WPM’s line, one of several spout profiles WPM produces across its catalog. The narrow spout reduces flow rate to improve placement accuracy. It features WPM’s slanted top design, where the pour edge is angled rather than flat, directing flow to a single exit point.

A milk volume indicator line is marked at 6oz on the interior wall, allowing dose efficiency. The body is wide in diameter relative to its 15oz capacity, which allows the pitcher to hold enough milk to steam properly without the volume constraint of a taller, narrower shape. The handle is a full loop, sized to accommodate different grip positions. The exterior is a white powder coat.

Patterns it is prized for: medium line width rosetta, tulips, ripple heart, solid heart, stacks, swans and wing base tulips

Optimal Flow with Signature Slanted Top

One defining feature of WPM pitchers is their original slanted top design. Developed with service pours style in mind, this sloped pitcher rim creates a defined exit angle for the milk, resulting in better flow control during pouring. The upward-sloped spout lets you tilt the pitcher more horizontally before the milk starts to flow. This means you can bring the spout very close (~1 cm) to the espresso surface without spilling, a crucial technique for creating a defined base. By making it easier to position the spout low and level, the WPM #06 pitcher gives you greater control over the pour rate and direction – helping you effortlessly pour intricate patterns with smooth, consistent strokes.

WPM’s slanted top encourages a more horizontal pour, leading to a less abrupt initial contact of milk and espresso. This technique accentuates the distinction between the crema and the milk foam, yielding latte art with brighter whites and deeper contrast.

Enhanced Contrast in Latte Art with Expertly Designed Spout

Not all spouts are the same. The round #06 spout on this pitcher is expertly designed by professional latte artist.  The #06 spout produces medium line width, high-contrast patterns. Its flow dynamics promote a gentle, even integration of milk and espresso, preventing over-mixing.

In other words, hearts, rosettas, and tulips poured with the #06 spout pitcher tend to have crisp, well-defined lines, making your latte art really stand out. Whether you’re pouring a symmetrical tulip or an elaborate free-pour design, the WPM #06 pitcher helps ensure your art is vivid and eye-catching.

Precision Volume Indicator for Consistency

Consistency is key to perfecting your pours, and the WPM #06 pitcher makes it easier with a built-in 6 oz milk volume indicator. This handy marking inside the pitcher helps you measure the optimal milk volume every time. The 15 oz (450 mL) pitcher size is geared toward 6–8 oz cups, which are common for lattes and cappuccinos.

By filling to the 6 oz line, you have the ideal amount of milk for an 8 oz drink, reducing waste and ensuring repeatable results with each serving. This feature is especially useful in busy café settings or during competitions, as it removes guesswork - you can steam the same volume of milk consistently, leading to uniform texture and temperature for your latte art canvases. The volume marker, combined with the pitcher’s excellent pouring control, means you can focus on your art without worrying about uneven milk amounts.

Designed for Comfort and Durability

Beyond its performance in the cup, the WPM #06 pitcher is built with barista comfort and durability in mind. It sports a full ergonomic handle that accommodates various gripping styles, allowing you to pour with comfort and stability. The balanced weight and thoughtful design reduce wrist strain, even during extended use.

Importantly, WPM constructs these pitchers from high-grade 304 18/8 stainless steel, ensuring they are rust-resistant and long-lasting. This sturdy build means the pitcher retains its shape (and that precise spout geometry) over time, even with daily use and temperature fluctuations. The slanted top design isn’t just about looks – it’s a result of extensive engineering and barista feedback, culminating in a pitcher that provides ideal flow dynamics. In short, the WPM #06 pitcher marries form and function: it’s tough enough for commercial environments yet refined enough to give you an edge in the art of pouring.

A versatile round-spout pitcher in matte black, balanced for multiple latte art patterns across standard cup sizes.

The WPM 15oz Latte Art Pitcher with Round Spout in Matte Black is a 15oz milk pitcher designed for standard latte and cappuccino pours. It uses WPM’s #06 spout, a round-profile spout that produces a broad, moderate pour stream compared to narrow spout profiles. This balanced flow makes it versatile across multiple latte art pattern types.

The pitcher includes a 6oz milk volume indent marked on the interior wall, allowing a set pour amount to be measured without a separate vessel, preventing milk waste. This format is commonly used for standard-size lattes and cappuccinos where baristas are learning and practicing pattern variation. The 15oz capacity provides ample milk for steaming and pouring.

The Pitcher

The WPM 15oz Latte Art Pitcher with Round Spout in Matte Black uses WPM’s #06 spout in a 15oz format. It uses WPM’s slanted top design, an original WPM innovation where the pour edge is angled rather than flat. This slanted edge directs milk flow to a single exit point at an optimal angle, allowing the latte artist to reach the crema sooner and create fuller patterns with higher contrast. A 6oz milk volume indent is marked on the interior wall, allowing a set pour amount to be measured without a separate measuring vessel. The body is wide in diameter relative to its 15oz capacity, which allows the pitcher to hold enough milk to steam properly without the volume constraint of a taller, narrower shape. The handle is a full loop, sized to accommodate different grip positions. The exterior is finished in matte black.

Spout #06: Round Profile, Push and Flow

The #06 is a round-profile spout part of WPM’s Service Pour series. Round spouts produce a medium width ribbon of milk with a moderate, consistent flow rate. The #06 is categorized as a Push and Flow spout, meaning it’s designed for free-pour techniques using continuous, controlled milk movement rather than drag-and-draw styles.

Best for patterns: Wing base tulips, stacked hearts, medium-line rosettas (slozettas), and hybrid/combination pours. The moderate flow and broad pour stream make it forgiving for learning multiple pattern types.

Cup size fit: The 15oz pitcher volume is optimized for 6–8oz cups, making it ideal for flat white, small latte, and cappuccino. This mid-size cup format with the moderate #06 flow rate emphasizes precision and pattern definition in standard drinking vessels.

Skill level: Beginner friendly. The balanced flow of the round profile and the moderate volume of a 15oz pitcher make it a versatile choice for baristas who are learning and practicing multiple patterns without excessive difficulty.

Pour with definition

The WPM #21 is built for baristas who want crisp, defined lines on medium to large cups. Its protruding round tip and wider vessel make it the go-to choice for 10 to 12 oz pours where precision and contrast matter most.

Slanted Top Design

With dual volume indicators at 6 oz and 7.5 oz, the signature sloped rim gives you the same precise control WPM is known for, scaled for medium cup sizes. Tilt nearly horizontal before milk begins to flow, bringing the spout close to the surface for a gentler, more controlled pour every time.

Brushed Silver Finish

A non-coated, textured finish built for the demands of a commercial kitchen. The brushed surface naturally masks fingerprints, staying clean and professional-looking through the busiest service.

Round Tip #21 Spout

Designed for defined, high-contrast output, the protruding round tip delivers crisp lines and a more horizontal flow that gives you greater surface coverage and expressive detail on larger canvases.

Ergonomic Handle and 304 Stainless Steel

Balanced for extended use and comfortable across grip styles, the pitcher is built to hold its shape through daily temperature swings and heavy commercial wear.
