The Pourcano Carafe is a 500ml borosilicate glass server designed for shared brews and single-session pours alike. Its wide, bulbous body invites a gentle swirl that aerates the coffee as it settles, coaxing out acidity and releasing aromatics that a narrower vessel might hold back. It is a small detail that makes a quiet difference.

Designed as a companion to the Graycano Dripper, it fits naturally into a pour over setup without asking anything extra of the brewer.

Built Around the Brew

Borosilicate glass was chosen because it handles thermal stress without issues, moving from a cold counter to a hot brew and back again without the risk of cracking that comes with ordinary glass. Glass is non-porous, meaning it does not hold flavor between brews and does not interfere with what is in the cup.

The body shape was not accidental. The wider diameter at the belly of the carafe creates the room needed for an effective swirl.
