Colors of actual products might show up slightly different than in the product photos. This is due to the various settings of monitors. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
Products that have a shimmering coating will also show differently under different lighting setup. Colors might appear different even under a fluorescent light or a warmer shade bulb.
10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Round Spout "Small Blankenburg"
Regular price $41.25 Save $-41.25The 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Round Spout “Small Blankenburg” is a matte white latte art pitcher built for baristas pouring macchiatos, cortados, and piccolos, where precise placement matters more than volume. It pairs WPM’s signature slanted top with the round #06 spout in a compact 10oz body, giving baristas a dependable tool for small format pours in both competition and daily café service.
This edition is part of the Blankenburg line, a limited matte white finish created in collaboration with 2025 US Barista Champion Kay Cheon. The finish was chosen to hold up to the visual scrutiny of the competition stage, while the pitcher itself remains built on WPM’s proven #06 platform trusted by baristas worldwide.
– Compact 10oz body sized for macchiato, cortado, and piccolo pours.
– WPM round #06 spout delivers a moderate, consistent flow for precise placement.
– Signature slanted top brings the milk stream closer to the crema surface, reducing the tilt needed to start a pour.
– Matte white Blankenburg finish was chosen to help minimize visible milk stains and fingerprints during service and competition.
– Full ergonomic handle accommodates multiple grip styles for comfort and stability.
– Built on WPM's trusted #06 platform, used on stage at national and world latte art championships.
– Macchiato, cortado, and piccolo service.
– Precise milk placement in small format pours.
– Hearts, rosettas, tulips, swans, ripple hearts, and stacks.
– Competition routines where a clean, low glare finish matters.
– Baristas learning pattern control before moving to narrower or wider spout profiles.
The Blankenburg edition began when Kay Cheon, the 2025 US Barista Champion, approached Slow Pour Supply about developing a pitcher suited to the demands of barista competition. Anita, Slow Pour Supply's owner and a US Barista Championship lead technical judge, focused the project on finish rather than geometry, since a fingerprint or a small milk drip on the side of a pitcher is often enough to cost a competitor points under “clean pitcher” judging criteria. Working with WPM, the team developed a matte white coating designed to resist showing stains and fingerprints under stage lighting.
The edition takes its name from Mark Blankenburg, the dairy delivery driver for the café Kay competed out of in Seattle. Kay wanted to compete using the same milk used in daily café service, and Mark routinely helped source the freshest milk available ahead of competition travel. The name is a tribute to the behind the scenes work that supports a barista's performance on stage. The Blankenburg finish is offered across Slow Pour Supply's WPM pitcher sizes, including this 10oz round spout edition.
The slanted top is original to WPM's pitcher design. Its sloped rim lets the barista tilt the pitcher nearly horizontal before milk begins to flow, which brings the spout within roughly a centimeter of the espresso surface without spilling. This produces a gentler first contact between milk and crema, supporting brighter contrast and crisper lines.
The #06 spout is a round profile designed for a moderate, consistent flow rather than a fast or narrow one. At this 10oz volume, it supports medium width, high contrast pours, including hearts, rosettas, tulips, swans, ripple hearts, and stacks, and its forgiving flow makes it a practical option for baristas building pattern control.
The matte white powder coated exterior was developed specifically for competition use, where a clean, low glare surface helps reduce the visibility of milk stains and fingerprints during judging. The finish sits over a 304 stainless steel body, so the coating protects appearance without affecting the pitcher's food grade interior.
The full handle is sized to accommodate a range of grip styles. It keeps the pitcher stable through the full motion of a pour, from the initial tilt through the finishing lines, and holds up to the temperature swings and repeated handling of daily café use.
The 10oz (300ml) capacity is sized for cups under 6oz, including macchiato, cortado, and piccolo. This keeps steamed milk volume matched to the cup, reducing leftover milk after the pour.
The round #06 spout produces a moderate, consistent flow that favors control over speed. Paired with the slanted top, it supports precise placement and fine detail work at small pour volumes, including hearts, rosettas, and tulips.
The spout's forgiving, moderate flow makes it a practical option for baristas at a beginner plus skill level who are building pattern control, while its matte white finish gives competitors a pitcher that holds a clean appearance from warm up through the final pour.

– 1 x 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Round Spout "Small Blankenburg" in matte white.
Hand wash the pitcher with warm water and a mild detergent after each use, focusing on the interior where milk residue collects. Dry it immediately with a soft cloth to keep the matte white finish free of water spots. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or prolonged soaking, since milk's acidity can wear down stainless steel's protective layer over time if residue is left to sit.
The 10oz (300ml) capacity is designed for cups under 6oz, such as macchiato, cortado, and piccolo.
It uses WPM's round #06 spout. At this volume, it supports hearts, rosettas, tulips, swans, ripple hearts, and stacks.
It's named after Mark Blankenburg, the dairy delivery driver who supplied fresh milk for 2025 US Barista Champion Kay Cheon's competition prep. The matte white finish was developed with Kay to help pitchers stay visually clean on the competition stage.
Yes. The #06 spout's moderate, consistent flow is forgiving during the pour, making it a practical starting point for learning pattern control before moving to narrower or wider spout profiles.
Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and prolonged soaking to protect both the interior stainless steel and the matte white exterior.
The 10oz Latte Art Pitcher with Round Spout "Small Blankenburg" brings WPM’s proven slanted top and round #06 spout to a competition ready matte white finish. Between its moderate flow, precise placement, and stain resistant coating, it gives baristas a dependable tool for small format pours in daily service, pattern practice, or on the competition stage.

Hey Kay, tell us a bit about the story behind the name for the pitcher!
Mark Blankenburg, our dairy deliveryman, is one of the first people we see in the morning. Despite having to get up far earlier than most people, Mark is always friendly and kind. (He also looks out for us, particularly if we don’t place an order on time!) The first year I competed in a barista competition, I knew I wanted to use the milk we use in our café (Straus) in Seattle for the competition, and Mark offered to get us the freshest possible milk available before we flew out with it in a cooler. Ever since then, he has always gone above and beyond to help us and takes an interest in all the Dune competitors (and he still always brings us the freshest milk).
I often think about how we emphasize the work of producers in the coffee supply chain, but we also rely on people like Mark to make coffee service possible.

TIMEMORE Black Mirror Basic 3 Weighing Panel with Flow Rate and Brew Ratio Display
Regular price $59.00 Save $0.00[coming soon]
The TIMEMORE Black Mirror Basic 3 is the newest and most refined scale in the Timemore lineup. Lighter, thinner, and wider than its predecessor, the Basic 3 retains everything that made the Basic 2 a workhorse and builds meaningfully on it. With improved weighing sensitivity, a brew ratio calculator, static shielding, and dedicated physical controls, this scale is built for brewers who want every data point without the friction.
DESIGN AND BUILD
The Basic 3 arrives in a redesigned outer shell that is lighter, thinner, and wider than the Basic 2. A single forged top shell pairs with a precision-fit silicone gasket for IPX3-certified splash resistance, keeping moisture out during brewing. The matte surface resists fingerprints, and the included dual-function silicone pad supports both pourover brewing and espresso portafilter use.
CONTROLS AND DISPLAY
Where older generation scales relied on a single button to cycle through modes, the Basic 3 introduces three dedicated physical controls: a combined Mode/Power button, a Timer button, and a Tare button. Each does exactly one job, so there is no cycling through functions mid-service. The bright LED display shows all your data at a glance and is easy to read even in well-lit environments. The display is fully invisible while powered off, and the scale supports up to 24 hours of continuous use while plugged in and charging.
WEIGHING ACCURACY AND STATIC SHIELDING
At the heart of the Basic 3 is a high-precision pressure sensor developed in-house at Timemore. It detects weights as low as 0.2g, down from the Basic 2's 0.5g minimum, with 0.1g accuracy maintained even under heavier loads. The Basic 3 also introduces an advanced static shield that neutralizes interference from magnetic grinder vessels, a limitation of the previous generation that affected accuracy and slowed down workflow.
BREW DATA, FLOW RATE, AND RATIO CALCULATOR
The Basic 3 carries over the real-time flow rate display from the Basic 2, showing flow in 1/10ml per second for live feedback on your pour pace. New to the Basic 3 is a built-in brew ratio calculator, adding assisted ratio calculation on top of the flow rate display and giving you a complete picture of your brew from start to finish.
TIMER AND AUTO SHUTOFF
The weight-triggered auto timer, carried over from the Basic 2, starts the moment liquid hits your vessel, removing one more manual step from your routine. When your session is done, the scale powers down automatically after 15 minutes of timer inactivity or 3 minutes of total inactivity, keeping battery life in check between brews.
BATTERY LIFE
The Basic 3 runs on a 1600mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery, good for approximately 280 five-minute pourovers on a single charge. Charging to full takes around 3.5 hours via USB-C. Use a 5V 1A-2A adapter; do not use a fast charger.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
One TIMEMORE Black Mirror Basic 3 Scale, dual-function silicone pad that is both pourover and portafilter compatible, and USB-C charging cable.
