The ORIGAMI Pinot Glass Server holds 480ml and is designed to sit under your dripper and work with the coffee, not just collect it. The flared rim and subtle base protrusion encourage natural convection as the brew descends, keeping the coffee in gentle movement through drawdown. The result is a more even extraction with less intervention from the brewer.

The crystal-clear borosilicate-style glass keeps the whole process visible. You can watch the bloom, track the drawdown, and read the colour as the brew develops. At 480ml it is sized for one to two cups, making it the natural companion for a morning pour over or a careful single-serve brew.

The pinot-shaped bowl does something else too. Like the wine glass it is named for, the widened body holds and concentrates aroma, releasing it as you pour.

Designed by ORIGAMI Japan

ORIGAMI Japan is best known for its Mino-yaki ceramic drippers, used by World Brewers Cup competitors and specialty coffee drinkers across the world. The Pinot Glass Server was developed as a companion piece: a server that brings the same considered design to the vessel below the dripper.

The form follows function at every point. The wide mouth accepts drippers without a collar or adapter. The base protrusion creates a small gap between the server and the surface, which, combined with the flared rim, promotes airflow and convection through the brew. The glass is heat-resistant and designed for daily use.

Compatible Brewers

The ORIGAMI Pinot Glass Server is compatible with a wide range of pour over drippers. From the ORIGAMI range, it pairs with the ORIGAMI Dripper Small and ORIGAMI Dripper Medium. It also works with the Graycano, April Brewer, UFO Dripper, Timemore Crystal Eye B75, and Solo Dripper. If you brew with a conical or flat-bottom dripper in the small-to-medium range, this server will most likely fit.
