Apax Lab has joint forces with Slow Pour Supply to bring you the limited edition JAMM [2] in 20ml!

This special JAMM [2] release has been formulated to enhance the richness and depth of your coffee and will accentuate the lingering sweetness and creamy mouthfeel of your brew. It magnifies the role of calcium and bicarbonate.

How to use:

Brew Water:

You can simply apply 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your distilled or RO water to yield a controlled mineralized water. 

Post Brew: Add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee. We recommend to try gradually, and swirl thoroughly to let the minerals evenly dissolved into the brew. Taste and adjust according to preference.

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.

The Apax Lab mineral concentrates are made of demineralized water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

Taste profile: rich | sweet | creamy.

Composition: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.

Bottle size: 20mL for approximately 30 brews 

Signs your coffee may need JAMM [2]: a lack of sweetness, thin mouthfeel, and overpowering acidity or bitterness.
