Slight Fulfillment Delay due to Impact of Hurricane Beryl

Hey Slow Pourer!

As you may have heard, Hurricane Beryl made landfall in Houston on Monday morning, causing devastating flooding, loss of life, and leaving 2 million Houstonians without power.

Currently, our office/warehouse has been without power for the past two days. Similarly, our staff members, who handle customer service emails, order processing, and the fulfillment of your wholesale and retail coffee gear needs, are also affected by power outages at their homes.

Additionally, the operations of our carrier partners—USPS, UPS, and FedEx—are impacted by the aftermath of the hurricane.

Due to these unavoidable circumstances, there will be a short disruption in our fulfillment services. As a Houston-based coffee equipment company, we stand in solidarity with our local community during this challenging time. We understand that many businesses in Houston are facing similar challenges and may not be able to fulfill your orders immediately., however, we sincerely ask for your support and patience for Houston coffee businesses during this period.

For your coffee needs, we encourage you to check out the Houston Coffee Collective, where you can find a list of Houston-based coffee shops and roasteries. Supporting these local businesses will contribute directly to Houston's recovery efforts following the hurricane.

Thank you sincerely for your understanding, patience, and continued support through this time.

Best,
