Co-owner of Rogue Wave Coffee in Edmonton Alberta Canada, and the official distributor of Origami in Canada. Ply is also a 2020 Canada Brewers Cup Champion, and 2021 World Brewers Cup finalist. Ply was the first to debut resin Origami Air, at the 2021 World Brewers Cup, in Milan, Italy.
