UFO Dripper V2 in Midnight with the option to add filter
Sale price $45.00The team at UFO Dripper aimed at creating the cup profiles they love from conicals brewers. They have found that the 80º interior angle of this brewer design slows down the brew to maintain a respectable contact time even with the air channels, and means that it's less sensitive to smaller doses. This is because the shallower the brewer walls, the less the bed depth changes with varying doses. The angle also contributes to greater accumulation of fines above the bed, further increasing clarity.
UFO is designed to be the most forgiving conical brewer, using an unprecedented 80º interior angle, creating consistency the UFO team is looking for.
UFO incorporates air channels instead of protruding ribs, which combined with the Disputer tool allows for the perfect filter set and consistent bypass. The air channels also contribute to equalizing the air pressure above and below the carafe, mitigating any risk of stalling.

Before First Use:
Brewing Process:
The Booster has three small tabs folded at an angle to aid in seating it inside the conical dripper. Ensure that the tabs are facing downwards. Place the Booster inside the dripper, making sure it sits level and flat, parallel to the dripper's bottom.
Insert a SIBARIST HYBRID filter into the dripper, making sure it covers the Booster completely.
Rinse the filter thoroughly, ensuring that the bottom of the filter is in contact with the Booster. This step helps remove any unwanted paper flavor and preheats your equipment.
Add your desired amount of coffee grounds to the filter.
Enjoy your freshly brewed coffee with the Booster and SIBARIST HYBRID Dripper for a delightful coffee experience!
Allow the brewing set up to cool down to room temperature.
Remove the filter and the Booster from your dripper. Ensure that you have located the Booster, which may be attached to the dripper's bottom or stitched to the paper filter.
Rinse both the filter and the Booster thoroughly with hot water.

UFO Ceramic Dripper
Regular price $58.00UFO Variable Wall Thickness Technology, and the reason behind the decision to not include base (holder).
Ceramic UFO is an attempt at stabilizing coffee slurry temperature throughout brewing. Via reducing unnecessary thermal mass from the upper levels of the dripper construction and positioning the dripper as close as possible to the heat retained within the carafe by removing the base, the ceramic UFO is able to create a brewing process that draws from a more stable incubated heat from below the brewer throughout the brewing process.
Ceramic UFO’s uppermost wall thickness is 23.7% thinner than the lowermost wall thickness, removing unnecessary thermal mass.
Ceramic UFO is designed to sit directly on the server, which allows the hot heat from the output coffee inside the server to circulate upwards, constantly providing an additional source of heat towards the thickest part of the dripper for better thermal stability.
This would be an issue in traditional protruding-rib designs where airflow is heavily dependent on the separation of the dripper base and server via base risers, but with UFO’s air channels that provide constant and consistent air flow from behind the filter, fear of clogging (stalling) via air-lock is fully out of question.

Perfect for 6-8oz cups, these pitchers come with a 6oz milk volume indicator. Replacing the traditional 12oz pitchers for a more horizontal flow, enabling a less drastic initial contact. This gives the cup more contrast and higher color definition. This is our most popular size.
We recommend using soap and warm water and focus on cleaning the interior of the milk pitcher after every shift. Milk contains fat, proteins, and sugars that can leave residue on surfaces, especially if only rinsed with water. Over time, this residue can harden and become more difficult to clean.
As milk spoils, lactose is fermented into lactic acid, increasing the acidity. Acids can slowly corrode metal, even stainless steel, though stainless steel is more resistant. Prolonged exposure to acidic substances can wear down the protective layer of stainless steel.
Using soap and warm water is standard for removing milk fats and proteins effectively. Soap helps break down the fat molecules that water alone cannot remove, preventing buildup.
After wash, we recommend you to dry it with towel and leave them right side up to air out. Drying is important because water left on the surface of stainless steel can cause water spots and possibly encourage corrosion in the long term. Proper drying extends the longevity of metal kitchenware.

The Cold Washed Process is designed to preserve and enhance the natural qualities of coffee while minimizing external influence. This method involves chilling coffee cherries for 48 hours at 8°C to intensify aromas without inducing fermentation, followed by low-temperature washing and drying in a pressurized tumble dryer.
The absence of fermentation prevents microbial activity and oxidation that can degrade aroma compounds. While fermentation can add complexity and acidity, the Cold Washed Process emphasizes the coffee’s genetically inherent flavors, leading to a clean, crisp cup with heightened sweetness, characterized by fruity esters and floral terpenes.

Volcán Azul, managed by Alejo Castro Kahle, is situated on the fertile volcanic slopes of the Poás Volcano in Central Valley at altitudes ranging from 1400-1900 masl., complemented by a state-of-the-art mill. Alejo and his team are dedicated to maintaining and improving coffee quality, honouring their family’s long legacy of outstanding coffee for several generations.
Their willingness to innovate and develop has been essential to our collaborative efforts, which has seen us initiate a lot of experimentation on their farm for the coming years, which we are excited to share with all of you.
In this cold washed lot of the Gesha variety from Volcán Azul in Costa Rica, expect an intensification of all of those inherent and characteristic aromas of the variety. A coffee bursting with distinct aromas of jasmine flower, elderflower cordial and peach, accompanied by a coating mouthfeel and lingering sweet aftertaste as a result of an innovative processing approach.

Perched high in Panamá’s Chiriquí province near the Costa Rican border, Nuguo is shaped by cool mist, steady Pacific breezes, and volcanic soils that favor slow cherry maturation. Careful, selective picking and a rigorous, clean washing routine at altitude preserve the variety’s perfume and pristine structure.
In this washed lot of the Gesha variety from Nuguo, expect crystalline aromatics of jasmine and white tea, followed by flavors of yellow peach, apricot, and Meyer lemon. The mouthfeel is satin-smooth and buoyant, with a fine, tea-like acidity and a long, honeyed finish that highlights the elegance of a meticulous washed process.

The Cold Washed Process is designed to preserve and enhance the natural qualities of coffee while minimizing external influence. This method involves chilling coffee cherries for 48 hours at 8°C to intensify aromas without inducing fermentation, followed by low-temperature washing and drying in a pressurized tumble dryer.
Unlike traditional fermentation-based methods, the Cold Washed Process focuses on purity, with no additives, yeast, or bacteria involved. This results in minimal degradation of inherent aroma compounds and better retention of free amino acids, fatty acids, sugars, and oils, which act as precursors for aroma during drying and roasting.
GC-MS analysis shows that Cold Washed coffees retain over 90% of their unique aroma compounds, compared to 84% for washed coffees and 67% for naturally processed ones, while enhancing aroma intensity by 60-70%.
The absence of fermentation prevents microbial activity and oxidation that can degrade aroma compounds. While fermentation can add complexity and acidity, the Cold Washed Process emphasizes the coffee’s genetically inherent flavors, leading to a clean, crisp cup with heightened sweetness, characterized by fruity esters and floral terpenes.

In addition to the Lava Ribs, the graycano features a double-walled design with a conical center and a wrapped exterior. This works to create pockets of air under the cone between the center and exterior, assisting in maintaining a consistent and even temperature throughout the brewing process, and in the recirculation of heat from your fresh brew below.
As a result of the aluminum metal used, the Graycano dripper is able to quickly reach the target temprature and maintaining it throughout the brewing process. The graycano is coated with high technology coating - a food safe and scratch resistant material and promotes a clean taste and does not interfere with the flavor of your coffee.
