1. PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards. For wholesale accounts; Quickbooks and Paypal are offered as our payment options.

2. SHIPPING

2.1 Destinations

We ship to U.S. and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this point.

2.2 Shipping time

All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after the order is placed, using USPS or Fedex to continental U.S. from our Houston location. For international orders, we ship Fedex and offer various options at checkout. Please expect delivery at least between 5-7 days for parcels shipped with USPS priority mail (1-3 days) due to processing and distance.


2.3 Out of stock

If an item is out of stock it will be indicated on the product page.


2.4 Back Order

If you are interested in placing a back order for an out of stock item, please email us so we can walk you through the process. There will be no surcharge for this service.

2.5 Urgent Orders

If you need an item urgently, please send us an email connect@slowpoursupply.co with the title “Urgent order” and we will assist you with expediting the shipment if possible. There might be a surcharge for this service and shipping process.

3. RETURNS

3.1 Return Process

We'd love to hear from you, and if an item needs to be returned, please reach out to us ASAP. Feel free to contact us at connect@slowpoursupply.co.

Return are accepted within 7 days after delivery. Only unused items with all original packaging will be accepted. We will issue a shipping label for you for your convenience, however, customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Any signs of wear and tear will void the credit policy and items will not be credited.


3.2 Credit Policy

Credit will be issued after returned items are inspected and are found to be in unused and perfect condition.

3.3 Incorrect address/ unable to deliver

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address, missing apartment number, or returned due to no pick up at the recipient’s post office, customers will be responsible for the cost incurred for re-delivery.

4. DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING PROCESS

4.1 Responsibility

SLOW POUR SUPPLY ship items in heavy weight mailing boxes. Please examine your items upon receipt for any discrepancies, and report asap when signs of damage are observed. Please save all original shipping cartons with shipping labels and all packaging materials for carrier inspection.

4.2 Claims for damaged goods

Claims for damage during shipping process should be made to your carrier. SLOW POUR SUPPLY will be able to provide digital receipts for proof of cost.

5. ALIGNMENT AND QUALITY

5.1 Alignment QC

All items shipped out from SLOW POUR SUPPLY have been QC and checked for alignments. Alignment tolerance is 0-2mm. We do not ship any items that fall outside of this alignment target.

Please check your items prior to usage. We cannot issue refund for used items.

5.2 Conditions eligible for refund

Under the following conditions that items can be refunded and/or returned:

1/ Wrong item was shipped

2/ Physical fault in product and reported within 7 days in unused condition

3/ Item was out of stock

However, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the process.

Damage to items due to wear and tear is not eligible for refund.
