This super zen pourover kettle is just the perfect size for brewing a 1-2 cups of coffee. Featuring a very sharp spout, the Birdie 03 is able to perform straight downward pour to create very fine stream of water. This is especially useful when you are looking for a kettle that can provide the least forward agitation and excel in precision.

Recommended to be used with hot water transfer, on a induction plate with low- medium heat setting. Not recommended for stove top use due to wooden handle and knob.
